40 years of Oehlbach – A passion for precision
Oehlbach has been perfecting a pure sound quality and perfect data transmission for 40 years – and not only in terms of cable technology!
In 1974, when Manfred Oehlbach started to develop the first ”real” speaker cables with thicknesses ranging between 1.5 and 4.0 mm², he was considered somewhat exotic – up to this point in time speaker connections had usually consisted of a single metal wire. The large cross sections and the quality of the metal used significantly improved the sound experience and earned the founder respect and recognition.
Today, Oehlbach is seen as a brand that produces cable connections and hifi accessories of the highest possible quality. The dream of achieving perfectly transmitted signals is continued today through the use of special high-tech materials such as HPOCC (high purity monocrystalline copper).
